Frequently Asked Questions

We cover the whole of the Berkshire area. We do cover locations outside of this area, which will include a surcharge.

We can host your child’s party at your home or at your hired venue, either outside or inside. We bring all we need to set up and host your child’s party. For parties taking place outside, we ask that a form or shelter is provided in case of rain or hot, sunny weather. 

We will require access to electricity mains and water supply.

We require 30 minutes to set up prior to the party start time. 

After the party we require approximately 30 minutes to ensure all items used by Spa Sparkles are cleaned away

We provide all the equipment we need to ensure your party has the best spa experience, including  robes, headbands and small tables. 

All our electrical equipment is PAT tested.

We do not supply seating, decorations, birthday cakes, music or catering, however we can put you in touch with some fantastic local businesses who will be able to help.

Bookings can be made via the website, by email or by telephone. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding cancelling or amending your booking. 

All parents/carers of the children attending the party must sign a treatment consent form. This will be provided to the party host at the time of booking.
